Chica is a very shy and careful horse. She is very spooky and tends to walk away from the herd as soon as a fight breaks out. She gets frightened easily and needs a very calm rider who takes everything at her pace and listens to her. She is really sensitive and is ridden with voice and body.

Chica was born in the wild and we don't know much about her. We think, although it is not confirmed, that she has had at least one foal. She was sent to an auction where they put a strong bit and heavy tack on her. That was her first time ever being ridden and she got very traumatized. Due to that trauma, she may not be ridden with bit or any heavy tack. Luckily she was found and rescued by a rescue team at the auction.
